The Viking Johnson MegaFit range is a versatile line of universal couplings and flange adaptors designed to simplify pipe connection and repair. It connects plain-ended pipes of the same nominal bore but varying outside diameters.
A key benefit is its wide tolerance (up to 34 mm OD), allowing one fitting to suit multiple pipe sizes. This helps reduce stockholding and speeds up installation, particularly in repair situations where pipe dimensions may be uncertain.
MegaFit is engineered for fast, straightforward installation, with captive bolts for single-sided tightening and an extended centre sleeve to accommodate pipe variation and damaged ends.
MegaFit also allows angular deflection up to around 8°, enabling flexibility during installation.
Sealing performance is delivered through the patented “slide easy” gasket, which provides a reliable seal even on corroded or uneven pipe surfaces, supported by a protected closed-chamber design.
