Suitable for a wide variety of pipe materials QuickFit couplings and flange adaptors offer versatility across potable water, wastewater, and industrial applications.
This adaptability ensures utility providers and contractors can standardise their approach while maintaining confidence in the integrity of every connection.
They are also suitable for high pressure applications – DN50 to DN125 are available up to 46 bar, DN150 to DN300 to 29 bar as standard.
This combination of speed and ease of installation is further enhanced by a tolerance that accommodates in one fitting the key pipe materials used in treatment plants, namely steel, coated steel & ductile iron pipe.
By removing the need for precise measurement or extensive pipe preparation, QuickFit not only simplifies installation but also reduces the margin for error on site, enabling consistent, reliable performance even in challenging or time-critical conditions.

All metal components are coated with Rilsan Nylon 11 which provides excellent corrosion resistance, impact protection and long-term durability. Nuts and bolts are Sheraplex coated to prevent galling and allow repeated re-use.
Optional removable Locating Plug
Optional feature is removal locating plug to prevent pipe creep on above ground pipework.
