Pipe Repair products offer a fast, safe way to seal splits, holes, and corroded sections instantly – often under full system pressure – avoiding the need for expensive and time-consuming network shutdowns.
QuickFit Couplings provide flexible connections for steel and ductile iron pipes, enabling fast installation, up to 46 bar performance, 6° angularity, and optional tie-rod anchoring for new pipeline installations.

There are restrictions on the minimum thickness of the stainless steel and PVC-U pipes for them to work with Viking Johnson flexible couplings. Consult Viking Johnson for further guidance.
Caveat 3
While Viking Johnson has tested and approved the use of QuickFit on gas, please verify that the network owner sanctions the use of the fitting for your intended application.

Efficient Pipe Jointing for High-Pressure Networks
Simple Design
The QuickFit coupling range is engineered to connect plain-ended pipes with similar outside diameters. Supplied pre-assembled with close tolerance design, QuickFit allows rapid installation while maintaining reliable sealing performance for potable water, wastewater and industrial applications.
New Lay & High Pressure Applications
QuickFit couplings are ideal for new lay installations and high-pressure applications. DN50–DN125 sizes are rated up to 46 bar, while DN150–DN300 sizes are rated up to 29 bar as standard, with higher pressure options available as fabricated specials.
Easy & Safe to Fit
Installation requires no specialist skills. One captive, non-rotating bolt size (19mm A/F) is used across the entire range, requiring only a single torque wrench, reducing installation time and simplifying tool requirements on site.
High Performance
QuickFit couplings accommodate angular deflection of up to 6° and allow axial movement of up to 10mm, helping absorb ground settlement, thermal expansion and pipeline movement while maintaining joint integrity.
Why Choose QuickFit Couplings
Simple installation – Rapid installation with a close-tolerance, pre-assembled design and single bolt size across the entire range for easy installs.
Designed for water and wastewater treatment works – one fitting connects the most commonly used pipe materials, including steel, coated steel and ductile iron.
Built in flexibility – For angular deflection and thermal movement
Reduced stockholding – covers standard new lay pipes, steel, coated steel and ductile iron in one fitting
Potable water approved – WRAS & KIWA certified
Design Benefits
Simple to Fit
One size of captive, non-rotating bolt across whole range requiring a single spanner to install along with one bolt torque across range.
Gasket Options
EPDM water-approved gaskets are supplied as standard, with Nitrile and specialist gasket materials available for alternative applications and environments.
Designed for Durability
All metal components are coated with Rilsan Nylon 11 which provides excellent corrosion resistance, impact protection and long-term durability. Nuts and bolts are Sheraplex coated to prevent galling and allow repeated re-use.
Optional removable Locating Plug
Optional feature is removal locating plug to prevent pipe creep on above ground pipework.
